A European Man Once Said

The poster was created during the Female Rage course of the Integrated Design Master's program at the Köln International School of Design. The proposal was based on personal situations that caused anger, especially as a Brazilian immigrant woman, confronted by many stereotypes, especially aesthetic ones, demonstrated by patriarchal European views of this group. The poster thus plays with proportions, quotation and double meanings, reflecting on how such ideas impact not only Brazilian women but also women of other nationalities who seek the Brazilian standard.

︎ Work selected as one of the 100 best posters of the international German competition Mut zur Wut (courage to be angry).
